Key Responsibilities

As a registered nurse, your role will involve:

1. Patient Care and Health Promotion

• Educating patients on health risks and preventive care.
• Providing holistic care, addressing acute, chronic, and maternal health.
• Implementing infection control measures and maintaining accurate health documentation.

2. Patient Safety and Advocacy

• Identifying and mitigating safety risks.
• Upholding patients’ rights with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitoring and reporting incidents while ensuring preventive measures are in place.

3. Professional Development and Team Collaboration

• Reflecting on nursing practices and participating in professional training.
• Collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff.

4. Technical and Clinical Skills

• Administering medications as per physician orders.
• Performing diagnostic and treatment procedures in home care settings.
• Managing supplies and maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.

5. Administrative and Documentation Duties

• Maintaining accurate patient records, including health history and treatment updates.
• Assisting patients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Providing health education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent (Diploma/Associate degree with requisite certifications).

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Licenses & Certifications

• A valid DOH license or country of origin license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA accredited).

Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in clinical care and infection control practices.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Competence in using electronic medical records.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: 6,000 to 8,000 AED per month.
